Thank you so much for supporting my small shop! Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions below so you know what to expect when ordering.
All orders ship from New Zealand.
Processing time for non pre-order items is typically 1–2 weeks, not including shipping time. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
SHIPPING TIMES
New Zealand: 2 – 6 business days
Australia: 1 – 3 weeks
Rest of World: 2 – 5 weeks
This is an estimation from the NZPost official website. Shipping timelines can vary due to customs delays or postal service disruptions.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or not being collected, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Customers are responsible for paying any customs or duty fees required by their country.
ISSUES WITH ORDERS
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can help. I cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders reported after this timeframe.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
Once an order is handed over to the postal service, I can’t control how it is handled. I’m unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels lost by third-party carriers, but I will do my best to assist where possible. Please visit my FAQ for some helpful tips.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Orders may be cancelled any time before they are shipped. Refunds, returns, and exchanges aren’t accepted for items that arrive in good condition. If an order is returned to me for any reason, shipping fees cannot be refunded, but the product cost may be refunded or reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
